OK, now don't be too shocked that I'm actually putting something on my blog. I figured if I wait until I'm caught up, I'll never do it.
Well, I decided to make Joseph a Puppet Show Curtain for his birthday (his birthday is on June 9, so don't tell him, yet!). Kayley's kids like doing puppet shows and have lots of puppets, so I thought this would be a good gift for him.
I copied this pattern out of a book (Dulsanna checked it out from the library for me to look at) thinking that someday I might make it. Well, someday came (it usually doesn't), and I made it. I thought it turned out really cute so I thought I'd put it on my blog. I just wished I had some cute little kids here putting on a puppet show while I was taking a picture - too bad!

Hey Mom,
That looks awesome, Joseph is going to love it. You are so amazing, you must have made that quick, I just talked to you a couple days ago about it.

SO cute! I can just picture the cute kid (and puppet) faces peeking out. How fun that it's adjustable for height too. I'm sending Susan to your blog, as grandmas need to share great ideas, though I know she's in baby quilt land with four new grandbabies coming up.
I thought I would check your blog to see if there was anything new...after picking myself up off the floor--not that I am any better--I checked out your handiwork. Looks great Debbie! You are such a good Grandma! Joseph will love it; as well all the Kirkman kids.
